This is your guide to getting it right: where to start, the ideas worth stealing, and exactly how we take it off your plate, from the first message to the last balloon packed into the van.
Where to start
- 01Set the guest of honour and the mood. A one-year-old's party and a 40th call for completely different styling. Decide who it's for and whether you want it playful, elegant, bold or dreamy — that sets your colours, scale and props.
- 02Lock the date and venue. Home, backyard, hall, park or restaurant — each has its own access, ceiling height and power. Tell us the venue and we design to the space and time the set-up around it.
- 03Choose a colour palette. Two or three colours read far better than a rainbow. Bring a theme, a cake photo or even an outfit, and we colour-match the balloons and florals to it.
- 04Pick your hero piece. Most parties centre on one showstopper — a garland backdrop, an arch, or giant light-up numbers or letters. Start there, then build out to plinths, florals and props.

- 01Tell us about the party — Send the date, venue, guest of honour and a colour or theme by call, WhatsApp or the quick enquiry form.
- 02Concept & fixed quote — We suggest a look, confirm the pieces, and send a clear, fixed quote. No surprises on the day.
- 03Confirm & secure the date — A deposit locks in your booking; the balance is due before the event. Your date is then held for you.
- 04Delivery, setup & pack-down — We arrive, install everything to plan, then return afterwards to pack it all down. You just celebrate.

How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is ideal, especially for weekends, but reach out anytime — we take short-notice bookings when the diary allows.
Do you deliver to my suburb?
We cover metro Melbourne. Delivery within the metro zone is included in package prices; a small travel fee applies further out, and we confirm it in your quote before you commit.
Indoor or outdoor?
Both. For outdoor set-ups we talk through shade, wind and timing so your installation looks its best all day.
How do payments work?
A deposit secures your date and the balance is due before the event. Full terms are on our Terms & Conditions page.
Can you match a specific theme or character?
Yes — bring a Pinterest board, a cake photo or a colour and we build around it.
